Bayelsa people, notably, are gorgeous in culture, tradition and general way of life.  They are endowed with nature’s vast resources. It is Nigeria’s largest oil producing area. Has the largest gas deposit and acknowledge as the “NATION’S HIDDEN PARADISE”.

Bayelsa has vast potentials for tourism development which investors and stakeholders can take advantage of.  It is host to some beautiful and cleanest beaches, such as the Atlantic Ocean beaches at Twon-Brass, Okpoama, Olodiama, Koluama, Sangana, Odi Kaiama and Nembe.

There is also the Commonwealth Grave of British Soldiers, Slave Transit Camp and War Boat in Aleibiri,  as well as Olodi, Mangrove Museum and Oil Museum.

Bayelsa State is fast developing with vast opportunities for investors in housing estate development, industrial estate development, electrification projects, socio-economic infrastructural development, inter-state links through lands and water, identification of local and industrial raw materials.

The State Government motivate investors by tax relief, tax holiday and capital allowance incentives.  Agriculture, fishing, local gin distillery, vegetable oil, among others is assured for investors.
